IBM Global Business Services heeft een rapport vrijgegeven met hun visie over de &#8220;Advertising industry&#8221; voor de komende 5 jaar waarin meer veranderingen worden verwacht dan in de afgelopen 50 jaar.

<p>Met name de huidige adoptie van de digitale wereld is bepalend voor deze veranderingen. De verwachting is dat het &#8220;personalized advertising&#8221; model de bestaande &#8220;mass markerting&#8221; benadering zal gaan vervangen aldus IBM.</p>
